The Prime Minister's Office also held a Khatam Al- Quran Ceremony and Endowment Presentation, this afternoon. The function took place at Ash- Shaliheen Mosque. The ceremony was hosted by the Department of Energy with the cooperation of and conducted by the Department of Anti-Corruption Bureau.
Present was Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Sufian bin Haji Sabtu, Acting Minister at the Prime Minister's Office. The ceremony commenced with the presentation of endowment, followed by a Khatam Al- Quran ceremony with a mass recitation of Surah Al- Fatihah. Such a ceremony was one of the religious and welfare activities of the Prime Minister's Office and the departments under it to further enliven the holy month of Ramadhan.
